Returns

We are 100% certain you will be happy with the quality of your new ski tuning tools. But should you need to, most items are returnable for 30 days.

Returns

Unused items, with packaging intact and returned in re-sellable condition may be returned within 30-days for a full refund of the cost paid for the product. Certain exclusions apply. Custom orders are not returnable. Ratte Ski Tuning Machines are not returnable.

Refunds

A full refund equal to the cost paid for the product less any shipping charges will be issued upon return receipt of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For items that orignially qualified for "free shipping", you will be refunded the original product cost less the cost to ship that item to you.
